We offer a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all jewelry returned within 15 days of original invoice date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No RMA required, please follow return instructions enclosed with jewelry order. All jewelry returns must be made in a sturdy box, preferably original packaging. Returns of jewelry sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit and will be returned to sender unopened.

Wall Crosses

We only offer a 10 day money-back guarantee for damaged wall crosses returned within 10 days of original invoice date. All return shipping costs for wall crosses are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned in a sturdy box. There will be a 25% restocking fee for wall crosses that are returned undamaged. Returns of wall crosses sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit and will be returned to sender unopened.
